This notice explains how SATU Innovative Co., Ltd. (“SATU”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this website, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).
Who we are
SATU Innovative Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
- Address: 34/279 Vibhavadi-Rangsit 47, Sanambin, Don Mueang, Bangkok 10210, Thailand
- Telephone: +66 62 469 4617
- Email for privacy matters: info@satu-innovative.com
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Section 41 of the PDPA, as our core activities do not involve large-scale monitoring or the processing of sensitive personal data. Privacy enquiries are handled at the address above.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects from you is what you choose to type into our enquiry form:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your message (required)
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal data as defined in Section 26 of the PDPA — such as health, religious, racial, biometric or criminal-record information.
This website does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or behavioural tracking of any kind. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the details you submit solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry on the resulting business conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form (PDPA Section 19). Where an enquiry leads to a quotation or contract, we continue to process the data on the basis of the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (PDPA Section 24(3)).
We will not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a quotation, order or contract, the related records are kept for as long as required by Thai accounting and tax law.
How it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries submitted through this website are not stored in the website’s database. The form sends your message directly to a SATU company mailbox, and it is read only by the SATU staff who need to respond to it.
Service providers
Running this website means a small number of technical providers may receive your IP address and basic request information. They act as our processors and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our enquiry form, which distinguishes human visitors from automated abuse.
- Google LLC — serves the web fonts used in our page design.
- Automattic, Inc. — provides the image delivery network and avatar service used by our site software.
These providers are located outside Thailand, so using this website involves a transfer of your IP address abroad. Each operates under its own published data protection commitments and standard contractual protections, as permitted by Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by Thai law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies on your device when you simply browse it. A single functional cookie (pll_language) is set only if you actively switch between the English and Thai versions of the site, so that your language choice is remembered. It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking.
Security
This website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and administrative access is restricted to authorised SATU personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it (Section 30)
- Receive it in a portable form, or have it transmitted to another controller (Section 31)
- Object to our processing of it (Section 32)
- Have it erased, destroyed or anonymised (Section 33)
- Restrict our use of it (Section 34)
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected (Section 35)
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out (Section 19)
To exercise any of these, email info@satu-innovative.com. We will respond within 30 days as required by Section 30 of the PDPA. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, Bangkok.
Children
This website is aimed at industrial and commercial organisations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian as required by Section 20 of the PDPA.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version always appears on this page.
